Montant du projet: 15’000 CHF
Suite à l’appel d’offre lancé par le comité scientifique de l’association pour le projet Losinger (3 ans), c’est le projet du Dr Nicole Gross du CHUV de Lausanne qui a été retenu.
Il s’agit de la suite d’un projet que l’association Enfance & Cancer a déjà financé il y a quelques années :
« Rôle du récepteur chimiokine CXCR4 dans la progression maligne du neuroblastome »
Ils ont récemment (thèse de Julie Liberman) obtenu des résultats intéressants concernant le rôle de CXCR7, récemment identifié comme second récepteur pour CXCL12 (SDF1-alpha). CXCR7 aurait un rôle opposé à CXCR4 et pourrait jouer le rôle de modulateur de l’effet CXCR4 par mobilisation du ligand. De plus, l’expression de CXCR7, contrairement à CXCR4, détectée spécifiquement sur des tissus différenciés mérite d’être approfondie
